Ensuring the Best Experience
At Hair by Samye, I go out of my way to ensure that all clients have the absolute best experience possible. In order to make sure everyone leaves happy and refreshed, there are a few policies set in place. Please follow these policies to make this space the best it possibly can be.

Late Policy - You must be at your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you can expect to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy - You must give a 48 hour notice for cancellations. You will be charged $10 cancellation fee if the proper notice is not given.

Food policy - No fast food/meals inside the salon to ensure cleanliness for everyone.

Child policy - Please keep your children at home. When you come for a service, you want to relax and enjoy yourself. While I do love littles, we want every client to have the best experience possible and children can make that a little tricky.

New Client Deposit - All new clients are required to pay a $25 deposit for their first appointment. This needs to be paid (via invoice) within 24 hours of booking the appointment. This amount will be applied to your total cost at the time of your services. This deposit is refundable as long as the cancellation policy is followed (48 hour notice). If you do not give proper notice, this amount will no longer be refundable.

No Shows - If you do not give notice or no show your appointment more than 2 times I will no longer be able to book you. Your time is how I make a living - please be respectful and give proper notice.
